1. About This Service

Bolt Hub LLC ("Bolt Hub," "we," "us") provides lead-response and lead-reactivation services to business clients, including automated and manual SMS text message outreach on behalf of those clients to their own existing customers, leads, and contacts.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

Bolt Hub LLC sends messages only on behalf of client businesses, and only to contacts who have provided consent to be contacted by that business. By responding to a message, you agree to receive follow-up messages and/or phone calls related to that business’s services and appointments.

Message frequency varies depending on the campaign and your responses.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at leads@thebolthub.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Consent and Data Source

Phone numbers messaged through our platform are provided by our client businesses from their own existing customer and lead records. Bolt Hub does not purchase, scrape, or independently acquire consumer phone numbers for messaging purposes.

4. Use of Service

This service is provided to business clients under separate service agreements. These Terms govern the SMS messaging component only and do not replace any client services agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bolt Hub LLC provides this service on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the messaging service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
