Bolt Hub LLC — SMS Messaging Consent Policy

Bolt Hub LLC provides authorized SMS messaging services on behalf of client businesses.

Consent Requirements

All clients must confirm that every contact in their lead list previously provided consent to be contacted by the client business. That consent was collected through the client's own channels at the time of initial engagement — including web forms, verbal agreements, or written sign-ups — and is documented in the client's records.

How Messaging Works

Bolt Hub sends text messages on behalf of client businesses to their existing consented contact lists only. Every message includes opt-out instructions. We do not message any contact who has not previously consented to communications from the client business.

Opt-Out

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Requests are processed immediately.
